近期微软的热点除了收购aQuantive之外，恐怕就是5月18日推出了一项新的名为“Popfly”的Web2.0项目了。用户可以通过Popfly方便的创建自己的网页，mashups, widgets等等，并可以整合到微软现有的社会网络平台上。Popfly目前还处于内测阶段，用户只有收到Popfly Team的邀请才可以使用这项尚处于Alpha阶段的服务。当然，这也是MS第一次公开的使用.ms域名的网站。

今天，MSN采用Office 2007的版式对MSN.com首页内容进行排布，以此展示Office 2007的强大功能。页首除了常见的Office 2007 工具条外，还提供了一个Intro按钮以便用户查看部分Office 2007的特性。这种推介方式确实比较新颖：P

Windows X 刚刚释放最新版本的Vista Transformation Pack.版本号为6,RC1,目前此版本仍处于测试时期,可能包含一些bug,此版本添加了新的文件替换系统,更加完善的安装和卸载机制,部分x64平台支持,以及一些bug修复,以下是下载和Changelog.

-Added browsable System files source for uninstallation so user can restore original system files from setup CD during uninstallation
-Added fixing file’s PE checksum after resource patching to keep files more secure
-Added Launch &Maintenance Center in transformation destination in case user already have transformed the system

微软和Hutchison Essar刚刚宣布了他们在印度的联姻，依据协议，双方将共同为超过2100万的Hutch用户提供移动搜索和其他Windows Live服务而努力。

“With India being the fastest growing mobile market in the world, providing a rich set of online services for mobile subscribers is more important than ever,” 微软CEO Steve Ballmer在他去新德里旅行的时候说， “This alliance with Hutch allows Microsoft to partner with India’s leading mobile data services operator to bring the power of software-based services to Indian mobile customers, developers and advertisers in new and exciting ways.”

因此，Hutch用户将可以直接在手机上使用整合过Windows  Live Search直接搜索互联网上的信息，当然更会专注于本地化；除了Windows Live Search，其他Windows Live服务还包括：Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Mail与Windows Live Spaces。

Microsoft Max的官方Blog宣告Microsoft Max项目终止。尽管在我们之前的报道中曾估计Max将成为Live服务中的一员，然而两个月后的今天，事实却不是那么令人乐观。Max团队宣告项目结束的同时，也建议大家将更多的关注放到ideas.live.com上。

从今天起，Max官方网站将不再提供程序下载；一周后，将彻底关闭Max服务以及团队论坛。届时，所有用户将不再能够登陆入Max，并与朋友分享图片等。

从部分Windows Vista build 5506测试者们那得知，Windows Live系列中的某些软件已经被默认集成在了Vista里了。欢迎中心添加了Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live OneCare, Windows Live Toolbar 和 Windows Live Desktop Mail的图标，开始菜单里也添加了Windows Live Messenger的快捷访问方式。

Update: 从下面的截图看，Vista 5506也仅仅是增加了几个Windows Live服务的快捷方式，而非软件本身，这也许是因为目前的产品善未完全成熟。
